The game allows you to travel to planets and moons in our galaxy to search for essential elements. You first scan the planet or moon to learn more about it. If you think it is a good candidate to visit you then fly there and collect elements on the surface. Once you collect a certain amount of each of the required elements you can "terraform" the injured earth and save the human race.

Manoo must move around the island battling lizards, collecting wood to create a raft to escape the island, eating berries to not starve, collecting weapons and shields to protect themselves, and finding and using health packs to restore their health.
