Alex Spriggs was the Lead Programmer on Astray.
Cary Jasinski is a member of Astray’s programming team. He worked on the production and optimization of the mobile build.
Daniel Cruz used his talents in music production and sound design on the likes of many student games throughout his run at Columbia College.

Grant is a 3D and 2D artist. On Astray, he was the Character and Environment Sublead and created several of the characters in the game.
Being the animator has been quite challenging, but rewarding nonetheless. Working with everyone has definitely made the experience a lot of fun.
As tech art, my job consisted mostly of shaders, particles, animated textures, and problem solving when something didn’t appear as intended or effected performance. While I still enjoy animation as my major, I would perform as tech artist again given the chance.
Kevin Moran is a digital artist in visual development and interactive media. Kevin uses a wide variety of techniques in natural and fantasy environments as well as a traditional illustration background.
Kent Lam is a traditional artist transitioning into digital painting and is currently attending Columbia College of Chicago creating 3D models including characters and environment assets.
Rebecca is a digital artist that started in traditional mediums. She specializes in concept art but also creates 3D characters and environment assets which she 3D models and textures. creates 3D characters and environment assets.
As an enthusiastic team player, I specialized in environmental concept art and 3D modeling. This project has helped enhance my artistic abilities and my team building skills.
I’m an diligent environmental artist who concepted, 3D modeled, and textured assets. It was a great learning experience to work with such a wonderful team and to perfect my skills!
After a long time away from an artistic environment, it was a great experience to work side by side with a very talented and creative team. I am very motivated and proud to be a part of this project.
Sebastian Asturrizaga is a 3D artist with four years of experience in both 3DS Max and Maya, and strong texturing skills in Photoshop.
I’ve learned so much while working with everyone. There were definitely challenges that I faced while producing art for this project, but I’d like to thank my team for the valuable lessons!
I specialized in environmental art. It was a great learning experience, and I’m getting good at making stairs now. It was fun working with everyone.
Nathan Elrod is a Game Design major from Columbia College, who acted as the Lead Designer for Astray: A Forsaken Tale.
Drew Griffin is a technical game designer. For Astray: A Forsaken Tale, he worked as a member of the scripting team whose tasks included gameplay mechanic prototyping and scripting, audio scripting with Wwise and Oculus Rift scripting and implementation.
Christina D'Attomo was lead level designer on Astray: A Forsaken Tale. She spent her time on the project passionately designing and building a twisted 15th century French castle.
Kevin j Mackey was the technical designer that worked on the mobile implementation of Astray: a Forsaken Tale.
Narrative Lead and Document Lead for Astray. Worked closely with all divisions to create a story suitable for the game and engaging for the player.
Nathan Larson is a game designer. For Astray: A Forsaken Tale, he worked as a member of the User Interface team, and did a variety of things for the game including menu prototyping, special effect and system scripting in C#, and Mecanim animation system work.
Nathan Lindley is a Game Designer with a focus on mechanic design. On Astray, he acted as UI Developer and coded the game’s user interface with C#, ActionScript, and ScaleForm.
Steven Roderick is a technical game designer who took the roles of Lead Scripter and Build Lead on Astray: A Forsaken Tale.
Temeeka Glass is a junior video game developer. She is currently interning as a level designer for Astray: A Forsaken Tale and appreciates the opportunity she has been given.
William Wiley is a native of Chicago interests in film, creative writing, music production, and game design. His first full production video game was 2014’s Astray: A Forsaken Tale, where he made use of his multimedia talents as a game writer and audio scripter.
